Mark your X on the Yarrnival Festival

Calling all Guilds, Groups, Houses, and Individuals who wish to make their mark -



Pirate Queen Vaseana and Captain Regulus Starbeard have decided to aid all those who wish to host an event for Yarrnival.  Any Guild, Group, House, or individual that wishes to host an event for Yarrnival is welcome to submit one event to me, Sera Kaira, to be reviewed by the Pirate Queen Vaseana.

Events that are approved can then submit a ‘loot list’ to be rewarded with medallions and doubloons, depending on the type of event.  These semi-official Yarrnival events -must- be approved first to get doubloons and medallions.  There can be one submission per Guild, Group, House, or person for a sanctioned event but you may and are encouraged to host as many non-backed events as you want.  Please send in these submissions as soon as possible as Yarrnival will be starting soon and only approved submissions will receive backing and payment from the ‘loot list’.

Currently, Yarrniva is slated to have a multitude of events, including dinners, gambling nights, and a widespread martial tournament. It is due to this bigger tournament that martial guilds are encouraged to avoid anything similar.  It should also be noted that double-dipping is frowned upon.  If you are submitting a ‘loot list’ for your event please also refrain from submitting a treasury form for the same event.  Anyone found doing so will be potentially strung up by their toes.

Please make sure that if you wish to Yarrnival credit for your event to submit it to me, sera Kaira, or Lady Sinvy as soon as possible.  We are hopeful that Yarrnival will be starting the first or second week of the seventh moon and only approved events will get Yarrnival payouts.  Please submit these events as soon as possible so that we might have time to review and approve them.  

Warning:

As Yarrnival is fast approaching tomorrow will be the last day to submit an application for an 'unofficial' event.  Lady Sinvy has been quite pleased with all the submitted events so far and there are a great many things to look forward to.  If you are unable to get your submission in by tomorrow please note that you can still host a pirate event but it will not be backed or eligible for a 'loot list' pay out.  

Tomorrow, the twelfth day of the seventh month will be the last day to submit an event to be eligible for 'loot list' or addition to the unofficial calendar.
