Changes to the Royal Healers

To whom it may concern,
Upon this day the 5th day of the 4th moon, by the consent of Her Majesty, Queen Vivienne do declare the following:
Ser Enamar shall henceforth be known as an APPRENTICE of Medicine under the purview of the Royal Healers. By this permission, he is also granted the ability to raise within the Keep based on his own merits and ethical contributions to the Keep, should the Court find him worthy of social advancement, as well as job advancement.
Additionally, ser Severin is officially returned to the role of APPRENTICE of Medicine under the purview of the Royal Healers and by the fathomless grace of Her Majesty, is no longer required to be lashed as penance for his previous crimes. However, he is still unable to advance intrinsically, and he shall continue to serve the Royal Healers and the Keep until such a time as his services are no longer required.
Both sers Severin and Enamar are, with my permission, poised to lead the Healers together until such a time as someone is capable both socially and by merit of skill to lead the Healers fully as a Doctor of Medicine.
Should either ser fail in their sacred charge, the Royal Office of Chambers should be notified so that if need be, I may step in once more. Do not contact me directly for these matters any longer unless you are a member of the Chambers and have the permission of the Heir to do so.
