~ A Yule Story Contest ~
Denizens,
With the blessing of the Literary Laureate, Mistress Nariseth, I am pleased to announce a writing contest for the upcoming Yule season!
The theme is Tales of Yule. Tales of delightful fiction and memories both will be welcomed. The stories are to be no longer than four pages, that which will fit within a pamphlet.
A winner will be announced for both the Inner and Outer Bailies. Members of the Court may submit their entry to Mistress Nariseth, and those of the Outer Bailey may submit theirs to sera Caillean. The deadline will be the twenty-second of the twelfth moon.
We look forward to seeing your submissions and wish all a happy Yule.

Sera Caillean (or indeed anyone who might know the answer to this puzzle), if it please you to say - know you the average number of words that may be fit upon a pamphlet before the writing is too cramped as to be legible? Let us assume for the purposes of the estimation that the handwriting is of a reasonable size and quite uniform in nature. What think you? I think this will be very helpful to know!

The pamphlets that the Embinders provide consist of four pages, and are cut from similar paper stock as regular books, so you can use that as a frame of reference. I hope that helps.

Might I ask how you wish these to be submitted, mistress? Should we present them on a scroll to be transferred or should we try to acquire a pamphlet to submit within?
I do believe that I have a tale, but I want to ensure that it's correctly submitted.
