Red-Masked Bandit Apprehended

Attention denizens of Marrach,
At approximately the eleventh late bell on this day, the twenty-sixth of the sixth moon, the red-masked bandit that has been terrorising the Outer Bailey over the past few moons was apprehended and captured by a joint effort of the Royal Army, the Winter Watch, and members of the Winter Court. He is now in the care of the Winter Watch, awaiting Justice for his crimes.
